The Livingston Board of Education will be meeting in Executive Session on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, in the large conference room at 11 Foxcroft Drive at 7:00 p.m., under Confidential Communications / Attorney-Client Privilege.
No action will be taken.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of the Township of Livingston in the County of Essex, New Jersey (“Board” when referring to the governing body and “School District” when referring to the territorial boundaries governed by the Board), will accept bids for the financing for a tax-exempt, bank-qualified lease purchase in an amount not to exceed $1,930,000 to acquire and install, as applicable, various desktop and laptop computers, a cloud management wireless hardware system, television studio and audiovisual equipment, data center cooling equipment, a Type B wheelchair accessible school bus, and various utility trucks with snow plowing equipment, including any other related equipment and upgrades (collectively, the “Equipment”).
The term of the lease will be approximately five (5) years.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the bid to a responsible bidder.
All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127, and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., or more commonly known as the Public School Contracts Law.
Sealed bids will be received prior to 1:00 p.m. prevailing time on September 24, 2026 at the offices of the Board, 11 Foxcroft Drive, Livingston, New Jersey 07039, (973)535-8000, ext. 8009, Attn: Jessica Rapp, Business Administrator/Board Secretary, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bids must be clearly marked “Tax-Exempt Lease Purchase Bid” and must contain, inter alia, the name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of bid opening. Bids are to be submitted as follows: hand-delivery, tracked delivery service, certified mail return-receipt or e-mail. No bids are to be sent by regular mail. Based on varying reliability of mail and overnight
delivery, in addition to the bid package provided to the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, please provide a copy of your bid via e-mail to jrapp@livingston.org along with any applicable tracking information for the paper submission.

- Public session at 5:30 p.m. is for LBOE training.
- The LBOE will go into Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. to discuss personnel and student matters.
- The LBOE will reconvene the public meeting at 7:00 p.m.
